Job description for E-commerce Manager at Grand Kesambi Resort & Villa
We are looking for an experienced, strategic, and results-driven E-Commerce Manager to oversee and optimize our online sales channels, with a strong focus on Online Travel Agents (OTAs) and digital distribution platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize all OTA channels (Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, Traveloka, Tiket.com, etc.) and the direct web booking engine.
- Develop and execute yield management and dynamic pricing strategies alongside the Revenue team to maximize RevPAR and occupancy.
- Ensure rate parity, room availability, and regular updates of content, visual assets, and descriptions across all digital platforms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor strategies, and online sales performance through weekly and monthly analytical reports.
- Plan and execute digital promotions, strategic OTA campaigns, and visibility boosts across all online sales channels.
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with Market Managers across all key OTA partners.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of proven experience in a similar role (E-Commerce Manager / Assistant Manager) specifically within the hospitality industry (Hotels/Resorts/Villas).
- In-depth understanding of the OTA ecosystem, Channel Managers, Property Management Systems (PMS), and Central Reservation Systems (CRS).
- Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in Yield & Revenue Management and a target-driven mindset.
- Professional fluency in English (both spoken and written).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
