E-Commerce Partnership Manager
Job Summary:
- As an E-Commerce Partnership Manager, you will represent the company in building and managing business relationships with various brands or strategic partners. You are fully responsible for the entire partnership cycle, from identifying opportunities and negotiation, to ensuring smooth operational promotion campaigns and product availability on digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development & Market Research:
- Actively identify and seek new partnership opportunities with potential brands relevant to the company's target audience.
- Pitch business solutions and potential marketing collaborations to prospective partners.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor strategies in the e-commerce landscape to discover new business opportunities.
Negotiation & Key Account Management:
- Negotiate commercial partnership contracts, including commission/margin schemes, promotion fees, and product supply.
- Build and maintain long-term, professional relationships with brand representatives or clients.
Campaign Execution & Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Plan and execute various digital promotional campaigns (e.g., seasonal promos, product launches, or special events).
- Coordinate with internal teams (creative, production, and operations) to ensure the brand's message (USPs) and promotional scenarios are executed accurately.
- Act as the main point of contact to mitigate and resolve technical issues with partners in real-time during ongoing campaigns.
Operational & Inventory Management:
- Coordinate intensively with partners to ensure product stock availability is always secure during campaigns.
- Ensure all promotional links and sales system integrations function properly.
- Manage the request, receipt, and inventory flow of physical product samples from brands so they are well-organized and ready to be used by the production team.
Reporting & Performance Evaluation:
- Monitor sales performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) during campaigns.
- Prepare regular partnership evaluation reports and provide data-driven strategic recommendations to clients and internal management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, E-Commerce, or Account Management.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and the e-commerce ecosystem.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, highly proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- Highly detail-oriented, especially regarding administrative tasks, inventory management, and commercial terms.
- Having an extensive network with various brands, agencies, or distributors is a major plus.
