Job Description:
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth and improve online customer experience.
- Manage and optimize marketplace platforms, website performance, and online sales channels.
- Monitor sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, and campaign effectiveness to achieve business targets.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Merchandising, Operations, and Warehouse teams to ensure smooth end-to-end e-commerce operations.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and digital activations across e-commerce platforms.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure product listings, pricing, stock availability, and visual merchandising are updated and optimized.
- Lead and develop the e-commerce team to improve productivity and performance.
- Manage relationships with marketplace partners and external vendors.
- Prepare regular reports and business insights for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in retail, healthcare, FMCG, or pharmacy industry.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, digital campaigns, and online customer behavior.
- Experienced in handling platforms such as Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, Lazada, and website management.
- Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
- Familiar with performance metrics such as GMV, conversion rate, ROAS, and traffic analytics.
