Job description for E-Commerce Manager (TikTok) at Artha Inti Mentari
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business, Economics, or related field with min. GPA of 3.00 (Master's degree/MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of expertise in handling brand campaign, including marketing, ads, product development, competitive strategy, consumer research, trend industry and best practice usage in Tiktok Shop; Shopee, Lazada, etc.
- Experience from beauty / perfume brand is preferred.
- Experience from startup business (from scratch to hero) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of the tools & feature of each platform e-commerce.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools & platforms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- GMV exceeding min. 8 billion / month each platform
- Strong data analysis and strategic planning capabilities to identify opportunities and drive sales growth
- Fluent in English for effective communication with international teams and clients; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage.
- Detail oriented and willing to learn.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to make strategic decisions that impact the long-term growth of the company.
- Extensive network within the digital marketing industry and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and partners.
Job Detail: - Social Media Management: Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) on social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Etc.)
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for digital platforms that attracts and converts target audiences.
- SEO Implementation: Optimize website content and manage keyword strategy to increase rankings on all major search networks.
- Email Marketing: Execute email campaigns including template design, calls-to-action, and content creation.
- Campaign Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Competitor Analysis: Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials. Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
- Reporting: Generate reports for digital marketing campaigns using data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement.
