Job description for E-Commerce Manager (Skin Care Brand) at PT EIG Dermal Wellness Indonesia
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop strategic partnerships and expand business opportunities.
- Work closely with internal (Marketing, Warehouse, and Finance Dept) & marketplaces teams to develop sales strategies, including ecommerce related digital marketing activities and collaborations.
- Responsible for digital marketing activities in all aspects (proposal, planning, and budgeting) of search marketing, affiliate marketing including managing KOL affiliates host live streaming, and online media for ecommerce.
- Use analytical insights to create actionable strategies that will help increase team’s engagement and effectiveness against marketing goals.
- Track and measure campaign effectiveness through demand generation analytics, conversion rate, ROI, and prepare dashboards and reports for effective campaign optimization and executive summaries.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with e-commerce accounts to achieve the targets.
- Analyse e-commerce channels performance by examining the markets, trends and sales data, and perform competitor analysis.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Min. 2 years of relevant working experience in a fast-paced skin care/beauty/personal care e-commerce business
- Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-Commerce channels (especially Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada) and also KOL affiliates
- Knowledgeable of the e-Commerce area that includes marketing and sales strategies, product development, competitive strategies, consumer research, industry trends and usability best practices
- Knowledge of various platforms and online sales strategies and can be used to conduct digital sales conversions.
- Having experience in digital marketing
- Have passion for skin care/beauty products
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and oral)
- Excellent interpersonal relationship skill and collaboration skill
- Proven results of meeting sales goals
- Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to multitask and able to juggle multiple projects at once
- Willing to work in fully WFO arrangement at West Jakarta
