Job Descriptions :
We are the Master Distributor of all Asia Pacific for a top family European brand with 130 years brand heritage.
We are looking for a seasoned E-commerce specialist who could help us create from scratch, list, and manage all day-to-day E-commerce operations for our European branded product.
The target e-commerce platforms are Shopee, Lazada/Redmart, Tiktokshop, and Tokopedia stores, ensuring products are accurately listed, inventory is up-to-date, and customer orders are processed efficiently.
Create and manage compelling product listings, including writing persuasive product descriptions, selecting high-quality images, and implementing SEO best practices to improve product visibility.
Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and customer behavior to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular performance reports and recommend strategies for growth.
Collaborate with future marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, bundle offers, and seasonal sales, to drive traffic and increase conversions.
Ensure a seamless shopping experience by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and managing returns and exchanges effectively.
Propose, plan, and implement paid advertising campaigns on Shopee and Tokopedia, including budget management, ad creation, and performance tracking at a later stage.
Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and competitive landscape to continuously improve our ecommerce strategy.
Requirements :
Minimum 2 years of experience in managing ecommerce stores on Shopee, Lazada/Redmart, Amazon, Tokopedia, and/or Tiktokshop
Proficiency in Shopee and Tokopedia seller platforms and ecommerce tools.
Strong analytical abilities with experience in interpreting sales data and deriving actionable insights to drive performance.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia), with the ability to create engaging content and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing product listings, inventory, and customer interactions.
Ability to think creatively and strategically to develop innovative marketing strategies and enhance the online shopping experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Ecommerce, or a related field is preferred. We regard actual work abilities and proven E-commerce operation skills more than academic qualifications. Those who can communicate well in English would be highly regarded.
