Diutamakan berpengalaman 5 tahun sebagai E-COMMERCE MANAGER dibeberapa perusahaan retail/distributor 3C gadget accesories (WAJIB)
Bertanggung jawab atas strategi & eksekusi untuk penjualan secara online (e-commerce/marketplace)
Terbiasa mendevelop sebuah produk dari nol sampai penjualan
Mengerti & paham alur proses penjualan secara online dimasing-masing platform marketplace
Mampu bekerja secara tim atau individu
Siap bergabung secepatnya
Penempatan head office CEMPAKA MAS JAKARTA PUSAT

DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN :

Melakukan penjualan produk melalui marketplace
Melakukan forecasting dan pre order produk ke principal
Menangani dan memantain channel marketplace
Membuat desain produk ke tim social media (Promosi, Campaign dan Flash Sale)
Membuat banner campaign marketplace bulanan
Meningkatkan penjualan setiap brand melalui fitur promo dan transaksi marketplace (Flash Sales, Diskon Toko)
Menganalisa pasar dan competitor di marketplace
Melakukan kegiatan Ads di marketplace (Iklan Tokopedia, Iklan Shopee, Iklan Tiktok)
Menganalisa aktivitas iklan Ads dan aktivitas marketing kompetitor (Promosi, Pengiriman Gratis, Cashback, dll)
Menganalisa penjualan dan tren produk di marketplace
Berkordinasi dengan RM marketplace untuk promo campaign bulanan (Double Date, Payday, Sales Booster, Promo Campaign, Kurasi Produk, dll)
Menganalisa kategori konten kreator untuk setiap kategori
Menjalin kerja sama dengan KOL dan media agensi (Influencer Tiktok, Selebgram Instagram)
Menghubungi dan bekerja sama dengan konten kreator untuk video pendek
Melakukan afiliasi marketing dan live streaming dari konten kreator
Melakukan kegiatan Ads, Video iklan di TikTok dan social media
Melakukan branding (Banner, Ads marketplaces, Ads social media) untuk masing-masing brand
Merekap seluruh transaksi harian dan bulanan di platform dan sistem e-commerce
Report data penjualan harian dan bulanan
