The E-commerce Intern oversees the following main functions at Norbreeze:
· Working closely with 3PL on collection of goods, order processing and delivery.
· Ensure all orders are delivered within lead time
· Liaise with Logistics department to schedule for deliveries to and from our owned locations
· Monitoring 3PL performance, maintain constant communication and working relation with delivery providers.
· Regularly updating of inventory on the online platforms we operate in
· Uploading of new products to websites and other distribution channels.
· Timely process of 3PL, delivery partners and all other invoices for Cocomi before month end closing
· Support Customer Service through the Cocomi Live chat and respond to queries on various platforms and marketplaces
· Assist with placement of orders, refunds, exchanges or complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
Detailed responsibilities/accountabilities:
· To ensure all orders are delivered within lead time
· Responsible for the entire order fulfilment process
· Good communication amongst team and 3PL
· Ensure no discrepancy on billings and invoices
· Respond to client enquiries on various platforms within 4 hours
· Ensure new collection are uploaded to website and marketplaces
Suggested Qualifications and Experience
· Currently pursuing a Degree/Diploma Logistics/Supply Chain Management/E-Commerce or equivalent
· Working knowledge & experience of various local & international e-commerce platform/systems, both front-end & back-end (e.g. Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10, Amazon, Shopify, etc.) is an advantage
· Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel (V lookup & Pivot Table)
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· Have strong organisation skill
· Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Meticulous with an eye for details and numbers.
· Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
