Job description for E-Commerce Growth Specialist at DESIGN KREASI GLOBAL
We're looking for an E-Commerce Growth Specialist who is passionate about growing online sales through creativity, data, AI, and continuous experimentation. You will be responsible for managing and scaling our marketplace business across Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and future e-commerce platforms.
### What You'll Do
* Manage and grow our Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, and future marketplace stores.
* Develop strategies to increase traffic, conversion rate, average order value (AOV), and revenue.
* Optimise product listings, SEO keywords, pricing, promotions, images, videos, and product content.
* Plan and execute marketplace campaigns including Payday, Flash Sale, Double Date, Affiliate, and Mega Campaigns.
* Analyse sales performance, customer behaviour, competitors, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
* Use AI tools to improve product content, workflows, customer experience, and operational efficiency.
* Continuously test new ideas and optimise store performance through data-driven decisions.
* Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to achieve business goals.
### We're Looking For Someone Who
* Has at least 2 years of experience managing Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, or other e-commerce marketplaces.
* Understands marketplace algorithms, SEO, campaign planning, and conversion optimisation.
* Is familiar with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar productivity tools.
* Is analytical and comfortable making decisions based on data.
* Is proactive, detail-oriented, and takes ownership of their work.
* Has a growth mindset and enjoys learning new tools, technologies, and industry trends.
