As an E-Commerce Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for growing NCR Group's online business by improving website performance, product visibility, and digital marketing effectiveness. You will work closely with the Merchandising, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver the best shopping experience while maximizing online sales.
What You'll Do
- Drive revenue growth through NCR Group's e-commerce website.
- Manage website merchandising, including homepage, category pages, and product visibility based on Merchandising direction.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor website performance and key metrics such as Traffic, Conversion Rate, AOV, ROAS, and Revenue.
- Analyze product performance, customer behavior, and sales trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Optimize the customer journey through A/B testing and conversion improvements.
- Coordinate promotional campaigns across website and digital channels.
- Prepare weekly performance reports and provide actionable business insights.
- Work closely with Merchandising, Marketing, CRM, and Operations teams to execute commercial strategies.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce, Digital Commerce, or Performance Marketing.
- Strong analytical skills and comfortable working with numbers.
- Experience managing Meta Ads and/or Google Ads.
- Familiar with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, or similar analytics tools.
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
- Experience with Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar e-commerce platforms is a plus.
- Experience in retail, fashion, sportswear, or consumer brands is preferred.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
