Job description for E-commerce Executive at PT KERJAINDO GEMILANG SENTOSA
Mahameru Villa is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Executive to manage and optimize the villa's online distribution channels, increase room bookings, and maximize online revenue. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), hotel or villa e-commerce operations, and online sales strategies.
Job Description
- Manage and optimize villa listings across OTA platforms, including Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and Airbnb.
- Maintain accurate room rates, availability, inventory, descriptions, and property information across all online platforms.
- Monitor online reservations and sales performance across distribution channels.
- Develop pricing and promotional strategies to increase room occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor competitor pricing, market trends, and online distribution performance.
- Analyze booking trends, occupancy rates, and revenue reports.
- Coordinate with Reservation, Front Office, and Marketing teams.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of information across all online platforms.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in E-Commerce, OTA management, or hotel/villa operations is preferred.
- Familiar with OTA platforms such as Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and Airbnb.
- Knowledge of Channel Manager and Property Management System (PMS) is an advantage.
- Good understanding of online distribution, room pricing, and inventory management.
- Good communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently.
