E-Commerce Executive – Villa Management

Reports To: General Manager /

Job Description

- Manage and optimize villa listings across all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, and other booking platforms.

- Ensure all property information, descriptions, photos, rates, promotions, and availability are accurate and up to date.

- Monitor daily reservations, inventory, and rate parity across all online channels.

- Create and manage promotional campaigns to maximize occupancy and revenue.

- Coordinate with the Reservation and Operations teams to ensure smooth booking management.

- Analyze sales performance, booking trends, occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR, and prepare regular performance reports.

- Optimize property visibility and ranking on OTA platforms through best practices and content improvements.

- Manage guest reviews and online reputation by responding professionally and promptly.

- Coordinate with photographers, designers, or marketing teams to maintain attractive online content.

- Identify new online distribution channels and opportunities to increase bookings.

- Ensure all online channels are synchronized through the Channel Manager and PMS.

- Stay updated with OTA policies, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in E-Commerce, OTA Management, Reservations, Revenue Management, or Digital Marketing within the hospitality industry.

- Strong knowledge of OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Expedia, etc.).

- Familiar with Channel Manager and Property Management Systems (PMS).

- Good understanding of pricing strategies, occupancy management, ADR, and RevPAR.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Google Workspace.

- Excellent analytical and reporting skills.

- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple properties simultaneously.

- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience in villa management or hospitality is highly preferred.
