JOB DESCRIPTION
- Manage and optimize daily e-commerce operations across marketplaces.
- Develop marketplace strategies to increase sales, traffic, and conversion.
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promotions, vouchers, and pricing strategies.
- Manage and optimize Performance Ads & Marketplace Ads.
- Monitor ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and advertising budget.
- Analyze sales and campaign performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct A/B testing and continuous optimization of ads and campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, and Commercial teams.
- Prepare regular reports and performance evaluations.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, E-commerce, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in E-commerce, Marketplace, Performance Marketing, or related roles.
- Hands-on experience managing Marketplace Ads and/or Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of marketplace operations, digital campaigns, and conversion optimization.
- Analytical and comfortable working with sales & performance data.
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Target-oriented, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Experience in FMCG, Beauty, or Personal Care industry is a plus.
