Job description for E-commerce & Online Sales Admin at e+e coffee & kitchen Trisakti

Responsibilities

Manage products and menus on GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other online platforms.

Update prices, stock, photos, vouchers, and promotions.

Monitor daily orders and sales performance.

Coordinate with stores to solve order or platform issues.

Help create online promotions and voucher campaigns.

Support online-to-offline promotions and in-store voucher redemption.

Prepare simple sales reports using Excel or Google Sheets.

Requirements

Experience managing e-commerce, marketplace, or food-delivery platforms is preferred.

Familiar with GrabFood, GoFood, ShopeeFood, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms.

Understand basic promotions, vouchers, discounts, and product listings.

Able to use Excel or Google Sheets.

Detail-oriented, responsible, and willing to learn.

F&B or retail experience is a plus.
