Job description for E-Commerce & KOL Affiliate Specialist at PT. Thyseed Indonesia Trading

Posisi E-Commerce & KOL Affiliate Specialist yang akan mengelola operasional toko marketplace sekaligus membangun program KOL & Affiliate untuk mendorong pertumbuhan penjualan produk bayi Thyseed.

Tanggung Jawab:

Mengelola akun marketplace (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia) — listing, harga, stok, campaign
Merancang strategi promo toko sesuai campaign platform (Flash Sale, 11.11, Gajian Sale, dll.)
Koordinasi dengan tim Gudang (WH) untuk sinkronisasi stok real-time dan penanganan pesanan bermasalah
Koordinasi dengan tim Customer Service (CS) untuk penanganan komplain, cancel order, dan proses retur/refund agar selaras dengan kebijakan toko di marketplace
Hunting, rekrut, dan onboarding KOL & affiliate creator sesuai produk yang diprioritaskan
Mengatur program komisi, distribusi sampel produk, dan tautan affiliate
Memberikan brief produk (USP, promo aktif) agar konten KOL selaras dengan campaign toko
Analisis performa harian: penjualan organik vs. KOL/Affiliate, evaluasi ROI
Menjaga relasi dengan Account Manager marketplace & komunitas kreator

Kualifikasi:

Min. D3/S1 semua jurusan
Min. 2 tahun pengalaman di e-commerce operations atau KOL/Affiliate management
Familiar dengan Shopee Seller Center, Shopee Affiliate, TikTok Shop Seller, TikTok Shop Affiliate, Tokopedia Seller
Kemampuan analisis data dasar (Excel / Google Sheets)
Komunikatif, proaktif, dan berorientasi target
Bersedia lembur jika diperlukan

Nilai Plus:

Punya database/jaringan kreator aktif
Pengalaman live commerce / TikTok LIVE
Bisa Bahasa Mandarin
