Job description for E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive at IMT Development
Main Responsibilities
Marketplace (Tokopedia & Shopee)
- Upload new products and maintain product listings.
- Write attractive product titles and descriptions.
- Edit basic product photos (Canva/Photoshop is a plus).
- Manage product categories, variations, and stock.
- Set up promotions, vouchers, and flash sales.
- Run and optimize marketplace advertisements (Shopee Ads & Tokopedia Ads).
- Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Reply to customer inquiries and reviews.
Social Media (Instagram, Facebook & TikTok)
- Create and schedule posts, Reels, and short videos.
- Write engaging captions and hashtags.
- Respond to comments and messages.
- Plan monthly content calendars.
- Run Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads.
- Analyze social media performance and suggest improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio can also be considered).
- Familiar with:
- Tokopedia Seller Center
- Shopee Seller Center
- Meta Business Suite
- TikTok Business Center
- Basic knowledge of marketplace advertising (Shopee Ads/Tokopedia Ads).
- Basic photo and video editing using Canva (Adobe Photoshop or CapCut is a plus).
- Good written communication in Bahasa English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Able to use Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table is a plus).
