Kualifikasi :

Laki-laki / Perempuan usia maks. 32 tahun, Pendidikan min. atau D3/S1 Bisnis Manajemen, dan siap bergabung segera di Area Bogor.
Berpengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai e-commerce & ads specialist di platform utama seperti Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, dan BliBli.
Mahir mengoperasikan Ms. Excel atau G-Spreadsheet, serta menguasai strategi periklanan dan campaign digital secara menyeluruh (Marketplace Ads, CPAS, Meta Ads, Gooogle Ads, SEO & SEM).
Terbiasa bekerja dengan target revenue (GMV), mengelola metrik KPI periklanan (ROAS, CR, CTR, CTOR), dan mampu menganalisis tren makro/mikro terupdate guna memberikan insight kepada Atasan.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik dan mampu berkolaborasi secara proaktif dengan tim.

Jobdesk :

Mengatur campaign, ads, flashsale & tactical promo di marketplace.
Membuat plan promo kalender / campaign di marketpalce.
Membuat dan mengevaluasi daily report revenue (GMV) target achievement.
Mengatur, evaluasi dan optimalisasi ads di semua funnel (Marketplace Ads, CPAS, Meta Ads & Google Ads).
Memberikan rekomendasi continuous improvement kepada atasan dan team.
