Job description for E-commerce Admin at 3mongkis
Responsibilities
- Process and manage incoming orders from e-commerce (end-to-end).
- Handle e-commerce product stocks and inventory management, including stock transfer and stock opname.
- Handle e-commerce operation, including updating product content, managing product promotions, and other uses as needed.
- Perform customer service functions for online customer.
- Generate sales and other metrics reports regularly.
- Support online sales department and administer other e-commerce operations as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in administering sales on marketplace/e-commerce. Experience in similar industry (fashion retail) is a plus point
- Sales and customer-service oriented
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Tech savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to details
- Proactive
- Preferably have at least a Diploma degree
- Good ability to communicate in English is a plus point
