Education
- Minimum D3/S1 in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related fields.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Admin, Customer Service, Online Store Admin, or similar operational roles.
- Experience handling Shopee, Tokopedia, TikTok Shop, website, or other e-commerce platforms is preferred.
- Experience in fashion, retail, FMCG, or consumer goods is an advantage.
Technical Skills
1. Familiar with day-to-day marketplace operations, including:
- Order processing and fulfillment
- Product listing and updating
- SKU, price, stock, variation, and product information management
- Voucher, Flash Sale, Free Shipping, Bundling, and marketplace campaign activation
- Marketplace chat and customer service
- Review and rating management
- Return and complaint handling
2. Able to manage and maintain product information and storefront content accurately. The position is expected to maintain listing accuracy of at least 99% according to the role's KPI framework.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets for operational data and reporting.
4. Comfortable working with e-commerce dashboards and backend systems.
5. Able to prepare basic daily and weekly operational reports.
6. Detail-oriented & organized, with strong accuracy in handling orders, product data, inventory, and administrative tasks.
7. Responsive & problem-solving, with good communication skills and the ability to coordinate across teams and escalate issues appropriately.
