Job description for E-Bike Shop Operator at Prodema Investment Indonesia

Kualifikasi :

Min. SMA/SMK (Terbuka untuk Fresh Graduate yang komunikatif).
Memiliki pengalaman di Sales/Retail/Hospitality lebih disukai.
Jujur, disiplin, dan memiliki minat pada kendaraan listrik.
Mampu berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Inggris dasar (untuk tamu asing).
Terbiasa menggunakan komputer/smartphone & aplikasi kasir (POS).
Wajib berdomisili atau bersedia tinggal di Nusa Penida.

Tanggung Jawab :

Mengelola operasional harian (Sewa/Jual, Kontrak, & Safety Briefing).
Maintenance harian unit (Kebersihan, Battery Charging, & General Check).
Menyusun laporan berkala (Harian-Bulanan) & manajemen data pelanggan.
Responsif melayani pertanyaan via WA/Media Sosial.
