Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
Assist guests with seating and provide menus.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages according to restaurant standards.
Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and ready for guests.
Maintain excellent guest service throughout the dining experience.
Clear and reset tables efficiently.
Assist with preparation and closing duties before and after service.
Communicate guest requests, feedback, and complaints to the supervisor.
Follow all restaurant SOPs, hygiene, grooming, and service standards.
Support the team during busy periods and special events.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.
