Pembersihan & Sanitasi: Mencuci peralatan masak, piring, dan menjaga kebersihan area dapur/restoran.
Manajemen Alat: Mengatur, menyimpan, dan merawat peralatan dapur/makan (polishing).
Inventaris: Mencatat dan mengelola ketersediaan stok alat dapur (requisition).
Dukungan Operasional: Membantu koki (chef) dalam persiapan dasar, seperti mencuci sayuran.
