Job description for DW - MEP TECHNICIAN at Trembesi Hotel
Qualifications:
- Minimum SMK in Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or related field.
- Have experience as an MEP / AC Technician, preferably in hotel, building, apartment, or commercial property.
- Experienced in AC maintenance, servicing, and troubleshooting.
- Able to perform checking, cleaning, servicing, and minor repair of AC units.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and other MEP systems is an advantage.
- Able to identify technical issues and perform corrective actions.
- Willing to work in shifts.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of AC/HVAC systems.
- Handle daily AC complaints and technical issues.
- Perform routine inspection of MEP equipment.
- Support basic electrical, plumbing, and mechanical maintenance.
- Maintain tools and equipment properly.
- Report technical issues and maintenance activities to the Engineering Supervisor.
