Job description for DW Guest Activity at Omma Day Club Bali
Key Responsibilities:
Offer and promote swing activities and dress rental to guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Explain activity packages, prices, duration, and terms clearly to guests.
Assist guests with the selection and fitting of available dresses for photo activities.
Manage swing activity bookings, guest queues, and activity schedules.
Ensure guests follow safety procedures and activity guidelines before using the swing.
Coordinate with the relevant team to ensure the swing and activity area are clean, safe, and ready for use.
Handle dress rental processes, including inventory, fitting, return, and condition checks.
Maintain accurate records of activity sales, dress rentals, and daily transactions.
Upsell suitable activity packages or additional services to maximize revenue.
Provide excellent guest service and handle guest inquiries or complaints professionally.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation of the activity and dress rental area.
Report daily sales, guest feedback, equipment issues, and other operational matters to the supervisor.
Support promotional activities and other guest experiences as required by management.
Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.
