- Duties and Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet guests politely and professionally.
- Assist guests during check-in and check-out processes.
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints courteously.
- Answer telephone calls and direct them appropriately.
- Assist in handling room reservations and walk-in guests.
- Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and surrounding areas.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering regarding room status and guest needs.
- Ensure the front desk and lobby area remain clean and organized.
- Support preparation of daily reports and administrative documents.
- Assist with payment transactions and billing procedures when required.
- Maintain guest confidentiality and hotel standards.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Front Office Supervisor or Management.
