🍽️ Daily Worker - F&B Service
📝 Service Requirements:
- Greet guests politely and professionally
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Serve food and beverages efficiently
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints gracefully
- Prepare tables, utensils, and service areas before and after service
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and work areas
- Refill condiments and service stations
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff
- Support team members during peak hours
- Follow instructions from supervisors and managers
📌 Qualifications:
- Minimum: High School diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Hospitality or F&B-related certification is a plus
- Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, hotels, or events is an advantage
- On-the-job training may be provided for new workers
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate English for interaction with guests
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask
- Knowledge of table service, buffet setups, or banquet operations (based on the outlet)
- Clean and well-groomed appearance
- Energetic, polite, and service-oriented attitude
