Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in hotel engineering, building maintenance, or a related position.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, AC maintenance, and general building repairs.
Able to perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Able to troubleshoot minor technical problems and carry out basic repairs.
Responsible, disciplined, honest, and detail-oriented.
Able to work in shifts and respond to operational maintenance needs.
Able to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily maintenance and repairs throughout the hotel.
Inspect electrical installations, lighting, plumbing, water pumps, and air-conditioning units.
Assist with swimming pool equipment and other hotel facilities maintenance, as required.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Respond promptly to maintenance requests from other departments.
Maintain engineering tools and equipment properly.
Report technical issues and maintenance activities to the Engineering Supervisor or Hotel Management.
Ensure all work is carried out safely and according to hotel standards.
