Job description for Drone Engineering at PT Terra Drone Indonesia

Drone Engineer bertanggung jawab atas perancangan, pengembangan, integrasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan sistem drone (UAV) serta teknologi pendukungnya. Posisi ini juga memimpin tim teknis dalam troubleshooting tingkat lanjut, memastikan kualitas penerbangan, keselamatan operasional, dan inovasi berkelanjutan.

Tanggung Jawab:

Merancang, mengembangkan, dan mengintegrasikan sistem drone (hardware & software).
Melakukan flight test, tuning, dan analisis performa UAV.
Menangani troubleshooting dan perbaikan teknis tingkat lanjut.
Mengelola proyek dan membimbing engineer junior.
Mengintegrasikan berbagai payload (LiDAR, multispectral, thermal, dll).
Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap standar keselamatan dan regulasi penerbangan.

Kualifikasi:

Diploma Engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Mechatronics, Robotics).
1+ tahun pengalaman di UAV/drone engineering menjadi nilai tambah
Menguasai flight controller, mission planning, dan integrasi sensor.
Memiliki ketertarikan penuh terhadap perkembangan teknologi terkini.
Kemampuan kuat dalam troubleshooting, CAD, dan basic programming.
Memiliki komunikasi dan koordinasi yang baik.
Berpengalaman dalam memimpin tim dan projek.
Memiliki Sertifikat Remote Pilot menjadi nilai tambah.
