Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Communication, or Marketing.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales (construction products preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of concrete technology (ready mix concrete) and civil engineering specs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Understanding of sales models in the software or construction industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Willing to travel and conduct site visits regularly.
- Valid driver’s license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle is a plus.
