Requierements:
Minimum 2 years of professional experience as a Tourism Driver, Tour Driver, or Long-Distance Commercial Driver.
Possession of a valid driver's license (SIM A / SIM B1 / SIM B2 active and relevant to vehicle types).
Deep knowledge of road networks, highways, shortcuts, and routes across Yogyakarta and East Java (e.g., Solo, Malang, Bromo, Banyuwangi, Surabaya).
Clean driving record with no history of reckless driving or serious traffic violations.
Excellent understanding of vehicle maintenance, troubleshooting minor mechanical issues, and defensive driving techniques.
Good communication skills, polite, customer-service oriented, and neat appearance.
Basic English communication skills for welcoming foreign tourists is a strong advantage.
Excellent physical stamina and readiness for multi-day overland journeys, irregular hours, and weekend/holiday shifts.
