Job description for Drafter at SHL Asia
Responsibilities:
- Develop and revise detailed architectural and interior design drawings.
- Ensure all drawings comply with company standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to create accurate technical plans.
- Prepare working drawings, shop drawings, and as-built drawings.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in designing and overseeing architectural projects, ideally across various scales and building types.
- Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Lumion, and SketchUp.
- Strong communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, with effective leadership to interact with clients, teams, and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage work and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- A keen design sense, particularly in the hospitality sector.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and interior design plans.
