1. Education requirements

Education: College degree or above.

Major: Mechanical and electrical engineering, electrical engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, fire engineering, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) or related majors.

2. Professional skills

Drawing software:

Proficiency in AutoCAD (required)

Familiar with Revit, SolidWorks.

MicroStation and other BIM software are preferred.

Drawing types:

Able to draw mechanical and electrical drawings (such as electrical schematics, power distribution system diagrams)

Able to draw water supply and drainage drawings (such as pipeline layout diagrams, system flow charts)

Able to draw fire protection drawings (such as fire sprinkler system diagrams, fire alarm system diagrams)

Specifications and standards:

Familiar with relevant design specifications and standards, such as "Building Electrical Design Specifications", "Water Supply and Drainage Design Specifications", "Fire Design Specifications", etc.,

BIM technology:

· Those with BIM modeling experience are preferred, and can use software such as Revit for 3D modeling of mechanical and electrical, water supply and drainage, and fire protection systems,

3. Work experience

· Usually 1-5 years of relevant work experience is required.

Fresh graduates with internship experience or excellent portfolios may also be considered.

Communication skills: Ability to communicate effectively with designers, engineers, and construction teams,

Learning ability: Ability to quickly learn new technologies and new software.

Detail awareness: Strict requirements for the accuracy and details of drawings.

5. Job responsibilities

Draw and modify electromechanical, electrical, water supply and drainage, and fire protection drawings according to design requirements.

Participate in design review and provide drawing support

Organize and archive drawing materials to ensure the accuracy and completeness of drawings.

Cooperate with the construction site to solve drawing-related problems.

6. Bonus points

Construction workers of water supply and drainage and fire protection systems·Understand electromechanical, technology and processes.

Have project management experience or have participated in large projects.

Familiar with relevant industry software (such as Tianzheng Electric, Tianzheng Water Supply and Drainage, Hongye Fire Protection, etc.).

7. Salary

Depending on the level of experience, the salary range is RP6,000,000-RP10,000,000/month, and the specific amount is negotiable.

8. Work location

Generally, it is supported on the project site or on short-term business trips.
