About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter to join our team in BSD, Tangerang. As a Drafter, you will be responsible for creating technical drawings and plans used in construction, manufacturing, or engineering projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure all designs meet required specifications and standards.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and plans for construction or manufacturing projects using CAD software.

- Interpret and incorporate technical specifications, building codes, and project requirements into drawings.

- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to develop and refine designs.

- Make revisions to designs based on feedback and ensure accuracy in all drawings.

- Maintain organized records of all designs, revisions, and project documentation.

- Perform calculations and measurements to ensure design feasibility and structural integrity.

- Conduct on-site visits, if necessary, to gather information for accurate drafting.

Requirements:

- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Engineering Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Drafter, with a strong portfolio of technical drawings.

- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Revit).

- Strong understanding of building codes, construction processes, and engineering principles.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively and follow project specifications precisely.

- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.

- Effective communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.
