About the role
This role involves creating accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings by translating sketches, design concepts, and specifications from architects. You will produce architectural working drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details, as well as shop drawings and as-built drawings based on site conditions.
Key responsibilities :
- Create working drawings: translate sketches, design concepts, and specifications from architects into accurate 2D and 3D technical drawings
- Prepare building details: create floor plans, elevations, sections, and architectural construction details (such as ceilings, frames, flooring, and finishes)
- Produce shop drawings and as-built drawings based on site conditions
- Revise drawings based on feedback from architects, engineers, clients, or project teams
- Coordinate with architecture, structure, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to ensure drawing consistency
- Manage and organize drawing files and project technical documents systematically
About you
- Education: Minimum SMK Teknik Gambar Bangunan / DPIB, D3, or S1 Teknik Arsitektur
- Experience: Preferred to have experience as an architecture drafter (from fresh graduate to 1–3 years depending on position level)
- Must be proficient in AutoCAD (2D/3D) and SketchUp
- Additional value if proficient in Enscape/Lumion
- Able to read and understand architectural working drawings and building construction standards
- Detail-oriented, organized, with high attention to detail, and able to work collaboratively in a team
