Otazen, perusahaan manufaktur furnitur yang terus berkembang, membuka kesempatan bagi profesional di bidang gambar teknik untuk bergabung bersama tim Technical & Engineering kami.

Sebagai Drafter, Anda akan menjadi jembatan antara desain dan produksi — mengubah referensi gambar dari designer menjadi engineering drawing yang presisi, CNC input, work process flow, dan breakdown material yang siap dieksekusi di lantai produksi.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

Gambar Teknis & Dokumentasi Produksi

Membuat engineering drawing, CNC input, work process flow, dan breakdown material sesuai deadline yang ditentukan
Menganalisis referensi gambar desain dan mengubahnya menjadi gambar teknis sesuai standar konstruksi OTA serta kapasitas/limitasi mesin produksi
Menjabarkan breakdown material berdasarkan engineering drawing yang sudah di-approve, sesuai kontrak kerja dan spesifikasi hardware, accessories, serta appliances

Koordinasi & Kolaborasi

Berkolaborasi dengan site project untuk memastikan gambar teknis sesuai ukuran aktual lapangan dan dapat diaplikasikan dalam instalasi
Memimpin Kick Off Meeting (KOM) untuk review final drawing bersama tim QC, R&D, Produksi, Rakit, Veneer, dan Finishing
Membantu troubleshooting jika terjadi masalah mulai dari desain, produksi, assembly, hingga instalasi lapangan
Mendukung tim Warehouse dalam pemeriksaan kelengkapan komponen hardware non-standard

Pelaporan & Quality Control

Membuat laporan harian (engineering daily report) dan mengikuti briefing pagi dengan Head of Technical & TE Manager
Berpartisipasi dalam quality control pada tahap rakit awal sebelum finishing

Kualifikasi

Pendidikan & Pengalaman

Minimal D3 Desain Produk, Arsitektur, atau bidang relevan
Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai drafter

Keahlian yang Diperlukan

Memiliki latar belakang engineering atau pengetahuan woodworking dan furniture
Mampu menggunakan software SolidWorks/AutoCAD; familiar dengan software 3D (Sketchup, 3DS Max, dll) menjadi nilai tambah
Mampu membaca gambar teknik dengan baik
Komunikasi lisan dan tulisan yang baik, termasuk dalam Bahasa Inggris
Mahir menggunakan aplikasi Office
Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan berkoordinasi aktif antar divisi
