About the role
This is a drafting role, not a design role. Our Principal Designer leads all design work. Your job is to translate her concepts into precise 3D models and complete working drawing sets for luxury villas, hotels and restaurants. We are looking for someone who takes pride in technical precision, not in creating their own designs. If you want to develop your own design ideas, this role is not for you.
What you'll do
- Build accurate, detailed SketchUp models of complete interiors, including custom furniture
- Produce full working drawing sets in SketchUp and AutoCAD: plans, sections, elevations, reflected ceiling plans, joinery and construction details
- Set up views from SketchUp for our AI rendering workflow (prompting training provided)
- Join site visits to check dimensions and execution
Requirements
- D3, SMK or degree in architectural drafting, architecture or a related field. Career drafters are especially welcome
- Minimum 2 years of experience drafting complete projects
- Expert in SketchUp and AutoCAD, with clean layers, scenes and organised files
- Strong architectural understanding: structure, openings, levels and how a building fits together
- Good speaking and written English
- Precise, reliable, and happy to work exactly to the designer's brief
