Drafter Arsitek Interior MEP (Sketchup/Autocad)
Role Summary
Create, develop, and update 3D as-built models for restaurant and production facilities to support renovations, layout changes, and new works, complete with execution-ready drawings.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Master As-Built 3D models per site covering architecture, key structure, interior, MEP, lighting, landscape, waterscape, and all stationary furniture/equipment.
- Develop layout and design options for renovations and space changes based on operational, functional, and spatial needs.
- Translate concepts, references, or schematic drawings into 3D development models and working / execution drawings.
- Produce execution-ready outputs, including floor plans, ceiling/lighting plans, MEP coordination plans, sections/elevations, and relevant detail drawings.
- Maintain MEP, lighting, landscape, and waterscape in the model at a practical coordination level.
- Run version control and change logs, and update models after site work is completed.
- Build and maintain standard component libraries and proper file/layer/tag/naming structure.
- Coordinate site verification (measurements, photos, field checks) with related teams to keep models accurate.
Requirements
- S1 in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SketchUp Pro + LayOut, and able to work with AutoCAD / DWG files for coordination and reference drawings.
- Experienced in developing and updating as-built 3D models and working / execution drawings based on field measurements, site photos, references, and schematic concepts.
- Good understanding of architectural/interior detailing and practical coordination for basic structure, MEP, lighting, landscape, and waterscape.
- Familiar with PDF markup/review tools and disciplined in file management, layer/tag/naming standards, version control, and Google Drive / Google Workspace coordination.
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsive, and able to coordinate with site teams to keep models and drawings accurate and updated.
- Experience in F&B / hospitality/fit-out projects is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with Enscape / Twinmotion / similar visualization tools and basic Revit / BIM workflow is a plus.
