Job Description:
- Deliver course materials in accordance with the curriculum of the study program.
- Prepare lesson plans, syllabi, and relevant teaching materials.
- Manage and guide lectures, discussions, and practical sessions (if applicable).
- Provide objective and timely assessments of assignments, exams, and student reports.
- Contribute to the development of teaching materials and methods aligned with technological advancements and industry needs.
- Mentor students in completing assignments, projects, or small-scale research related to the course.
- Coordinate with permanent lecturers to ensure smooth academic processes.
General Qualifications:
- Must be willing to teach offline in South Jakarta
- Minimum Master's degree (S2) from a reputable university in a related field (Computer Science, Data Science, Digital Business, Information Systems and Technology, or Finance).
- Candidates with a Doctoral degree (Ph.D.) or prior academic experience are preferred.
- At least 1 years of teaching experience or 2 years of relevant professional industry experience.
- Practical experience in technology, data, digital business, or finance is a plus.
- Proficient in current technologies, online learning platforms, and data analysis tools (if applicable).
- Familiar with digital business development, modern financial strategies, or the latest information technology trends.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Dedicated and possesses high integrity as an educator.
- Able to inspire students through teaching and practical experiences.
