Job description for Dosen Komunikasi (Lecturer for Global Strategic Communications) at Swiss German University
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and interactive undergraduate Communication courses that inspire critical thinking, creativity, and active student participation in the learning process.
- Publish at least one academic paper annually and actively participate in one community service project, contributing to both academic excellence and community development.
- Support the university's marketing and student recruitment initiatives by participating in workshops, educational exhibitions, and high school outreach programs to promote academic programs and engage prospective students.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in both spoken and written English, with the ability to effectively deliver lectures and communicate in an international academic environment.
- Hold a minimum of a Master's degree (S2) in Communication or a closely related field from an accredited institution.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, with the ability to create high-quality visual and instructional materials.
- Experienced in teaching one or more of the following subjects: Digital Content Creation, Multimedia Production, Photography, Event Management, and Media Management, with the ability to deliver both theoretical concepts and practical applications.
