Qualifications:
- Minimum Master’s degree (S2) in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the Hotel or Hospitality industry
- Possess NIDN and Academic Functional Position from DIKTI is preferred
- Minimum TOEFL score of 500 or IELTS 6.0 (valid certificate preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Demonstrated commitment to the Tri Dharma of Higher Education (Education, Research, and Community Service)
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching in Hotel Management and Hospitality-related subjects
- Support curriculum development and academic programs
- Condct research and participate in community service initiatives
- Contribute to the development of an international academic environment
- Mentor and guide students in both academic and professional development
