Dormitory Parent (Houseparent)
We are seeking a mature Christian to live on-site and shepherd middle- and high-school boarding students. This is a ministry of the home—caring for students' daily needs while nurturing their growth in Christ.
Qualifications
A mature, born-again believer who affirms the Reformed faith
Experience with teenagers through ministry, teaching, boarding, or mentoring
Warm, patient, self-disciplined, and wise in pastoral care
Willing to live on-site; (if spouse) both spouses share in the ministry
Committed to child protection and safeguarding
The ability to speak in English is a plus
