KEY QUALIFICATIONS
* 5–7 years of experience in fundraising, business development, marketing, PR, partnership, or related fields.
* Proven experience in building and managing relationships with donors, partners, clients, or high-value stakeholders.
* Strong skills in communication, storytelling, negotiation, relationship building, and presentation.
* Able to develop proposals, pitch decks, donor updates, and impact reports.
* Strong networking and partnership development skills, with the ability to open new opportunities.
* Understanding of fundraising, donor journey, and partnership development.
* Self-driven, collaborative, and committed to CBN’s mission and values.
