Job description for Dokter Umum at Laboratorium Amerind Bio-clinic

KUALIFIKASI:

Pendidikan Min. S1 Kedokteran, berprofesi sebagai Dokter Umum
Min. 3 tahun di Rumah Sakit/Klinik/Praktek Pribadi
Memiliki STR dan SIP (masih berlaku)
Memiliki komitmen yang kuat dan integrasi yang tinggi yang berorientasi pada pelayanan pasien
Teliti, jujur, bertanggung jawab, dan disiplin
Menguasai sistem kendali mutu
Bersedia bekerja di hari Senin - Sabtu, jam 7 pagi - 3 sore
Penempatan di Kebun Jeruk, Jakarta Barat

TUGAS & TANGGUNG JAWAB:

Memberikan pelayanan medis/kesehatan sesuai SOP dan etika profesi
Mematuhi jadwal praktik/kerja yang telah ditetapkan
Menjaga mutu pelayanan dan keselamatan pasien
Menjaga kerahasiaan data pasien dan klinik
Melakukan pencatatan rekam medis dengan benar
Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lain yang diberikan atasan
