Job description for DOCUMENTATION EXPORT STAFF at PT Indo Sultan Jaya

Requirements:

Minimum education: Diploma's degree in any major
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Export documentation field
Understanding of the Export document processing
Understanding of the Export logistic processing
Able to coordinate with EMKL, Freight Forwarders, Shipping Companies, and PPJK
Proficient in MS Office
Have A & C driving license is a plus

Job Descriptions:

Arrange Vessel Booking to Agent
Prepare export documents (Invoice, Packing List, COA)
Finalize Bill of Lading (switching BL process) and COO (Certificate of Origin) from KADIN
Collecting and sending softcopy documents (final invoice, packing list, BL, Coo adn COA) to customer
Monitor export schedule and maintain accurate shipment and documentation records
