- Electronic file management, including organizing, labeling, indexing, version control, and periodic housekeeping of digital records;
- Compliance with Company document classification, naming, and retention policies;
- Maintenance of document registers, indices, and tracking logs.
- Conversion of physical documents into electronic format (PDF);
- Quality checks, OCR processing, metadata tagging, and secure storage;
- Handling of confidential documents in accordance with Company data protection policies.
- Locating, gathering, cataloging, labeling, and storing boxed records;
- Maintenance of box registers and traceability logs;
- Retrieval support and audit assistance as requested by Company.
