Key Responsibilities :
- Help manage current customer accounts
- Maintain relationships with carriers and customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and carriers
- Handle all documents for export process
- Build a good relation and communication with shipping agent
- Checkingdocuments / pre-alert from agent
- Monitoring shipment progress and update report
- Make draft B/L and submit B/L
- Responsible for customers issues
Requirements :
- Male-Female, max age 35 years
- Min. Education Diploma or Bachelor’s degree
- Min. Experience 2-5 years
- Fast learner and adaptable, having good communication skills
- Enjoy working in a team and individually
- Disciplined, honest, detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
