Job description for Dive Guide at Cove Eco Resort
Cove Eco Resort is a boutique eco-resort in Raja Ampat, dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences through world-class diving, personalized hospitality, and a strong commitment to the natural environment.
Cove Eco Resort – Raja Ampat is currently seeking a professional and experienced Dive Guide to join our team!
Requirements:
- Minimum certification PADI Divemaster / equivalent
- Valid First Aid & CPR / EFR certification
- Valid Rescue Diver certification
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Dive Guide / Divemaster
- Good knowledge of dive safety, dive planning, and underwater procedures
- Experienced in guiding recreational dives and conducting guest briefings
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong guest-service orientation and professional attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable working in a remote island environment
- Willing to be based in Raja Ampat especially Yeben Island
- Good English communication skills.
