ABOUT THE ROLE
The District Operations Manager oversees, manages, maintains, and controls multiple locations or hyperlocal areas and daily operations at Jago Coffee.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor and manage Mobile Barista performance in hyperlocal, providing feedback and regular progress reports.
- Hotspots Scouting – Visiting specific spots from our map to cross-check its potential.
- Analyzed prev. assumed potential locations with near-zero sales to understand underlying problems and also understand stray behaviour in a specific grid and give the recommendation to reduce/add Mobile Barista to a specific grid/location.
- Maintain and ensure SOP is implemented in Mobile Barista.
- Building relationships with stakeholders in their respective depots and their hyperlocals (Satpol PP, Kamtibnas, Preman).
- Manage Ops Excellence performance and tasks regularly.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and teams to support business objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum bachelor's degree in management, hospitality, or other related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Business or Managerial role.
- Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately, understand and interpret data.
- Familiar with Google Workspace and Data Studio.
- Excellent communication, planning and organizing skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and customer service orientation.
- Ability to present insights to relevant stakeholders
- Proficient in English.
