Job description for Distribution Merchandiser at PT Sepatu Bata
EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS :
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; prior experience in merchandising or retail distribution is a plus.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS :
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas for data analysis).
- Familiarity with merchandising systems or inventory management tools (e.g., SAP, JDA, Oracle, or similar platforms).
- Ability to analyze sales and stock data to support decision-making.
- Basic understanding of retail KPIs such as sell-through rate, stock turn, and weeks of cover.
- Comfortable working with large sets of data and generating distribution reports.
