Dispatch Operation
Kualifikasi :
- Minimum SMA/ sederajat.
- Memiliki pengalaman 1 tahun sebagai Dispatch staff.
- Memiliki Product knowledge, quality result, technical skill FTTH (diutamakan).
- Berdomisili Cirebon.
Jobdesc:
- Melakukan Verifikasi pemasangan baru Work Order (WO).
- Memonitoring kedatangan teknisi.
- Penjadwalan ulang & aktivasi pelanggan baru serta penggantian perangkat.
- Memastikan WO ditingkatkan ke departemen terkait sehingga semua WO dilaksanakan sesuai dengan SLA
